A dishonourable guest in Thailand

Khin Nyunt, the third top figure of the Burma junta, was not really entitled to be an honourable guest of Thailand. The reason is that he is not a legitimate leader of Burma, but just a slaughterer of thousands of the innocent Burmese peopleduring the 1988 democracy movement.

Moreover, because he has also been a chief of the Military Intelligence Service (MIS), he has full responsibility for slaying, tormenting and arresting several thousands of political activists.

Owing to his incarcerating so many, more than three score political prisoners have passed away inside the prison cells due to savage prison conditions. Hence, we, former prisoners, have a design to sue the military rulers, plus Khin Nyunt, for their crimes against humanity. And we are convinced that their misdeeds towards the whole people will be never removed from the pages of history.
